Cancellation Policy

We value your time at Patterson Park Massage & Wellness, LLC and humbly ask for a similar courtesy when canceling or rescheduling. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: To ensure that all of our clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, Patterson Park Massage & Wellness, LLC asks that you provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you change or reschedule your appointment without providing us with 24-hours advance notice or fail to keep your appointment (i.e. if you are a no-show) you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the session. Please understand that last minute cancellations (and no-shows) negatively impact our small business. Specifically, we are unable to recoup the money we would have otherwise earned by providing you service. Please recognize that by booking an appointment your reservation prohibits other interested clients from booking the same date/time time slow. Likewise, it is difficult for our business to find another client to fill your reserved time slot with only 24 hours or less notice. At our discretion, we do reserve the right to waive the 50% Cancellation Fee given emergencies, sudden illness, or other reasonable circumstances. To change or cancel an existing appointment, please contact us by email, phone, or reschedule your appointment online. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Client Acknowledgement: "By booking this service, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and understand Patterson Park Massage & Wellness, LLC’s Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy and agree that I will be responsible for paying a fee of 50% of the session's cost in the event that I fail to provide Patterson Park Massage & Wellness, LLC with at least 24-hours notice before changing or canceling my appointment."
